docs: drop references to the next server version - #201

ownCloud Classic 11.0.0 is released, so docs-server master is renamed from the `next` prerelease to `11.0` and there is no `next` server version any more (owncloud/docs-server#1575). Every `xref:next@server:` in the release notes would therefore fail to resolve and break the site build. Use unversioned `xref:server:` instead, which resolves to whatever the component's latest version is and so stays correct across future releases. The one hardcoded `doc.owncloud.com/server/next/` URL becomes `/server/latest/` for the same reason. Signed-off-by: Thomas Müller <1005065+DeepDiver1975@users.noreply.github.com>

Removes the last references to a

owncloud/docs) with this branch and the docs-server PRbranches as sources: 0 errors, 0 warnings, and all 9 links resolve. Without
this change the same build reports 9 unresolved xrefs.
